Horatio AI chatbot

Horatio is an AI chatbot which attempts to make conversation and will try to learn from its users. It is purely for entertainment and it is in no way "clever". Horatio will make conversation based on how other users have spoken to it.

During first use, Horatio will download all of its data that it uses to communicate. This is only a few kilobytes so it is fine to download over data. However, it may need to be restarted once, and the process takes about a minute. It is ready to use once it says "updated dictionaries".
