Jason Borg Fitness is located in Rowville, Victoria. As a Personal Trainer, I'm dedicated to changing lives through health and fitness. I like to look at the overall body and build it up together as a whole. I'm a Master Trainer qualified at the Australian Institute of Fitness. In my sessions I run cardio programs with strength training, balance, flexibility, and to eliminate body inefficiencies. In my sessions we will work hard, have a laugh and have fun!
