Why we Start IAS Institute in Rajahmundry?

We understand that there is no single institute that can provide proper coaching with national standards to civil services, Group-I and Group-II services in

and around Andhra and Nannaya University areas. As a result

Students in this area are migrating to Hyderabad and Delhi for high Govt. Services coaching. Secondly intelligent girls, housewives, under study graduates

and in service employees with higher goals are unable to pursue their studies with national quality standards due to lack of proper institutional guidance

within their reach. Thirdly, Rajahmundry has been the cradle of Andhra culture and higher education for ages having people with high caliber. Fourthly,

our aim is ensure our local youth to get their due share in higher bureaucracy in Indian and A.P state government machinery. In this context, we are making a

humble beginning and appeal to all Andhra intelligentsia, enlightened people and parents to advise and support our venture.

Our aim is to provide Real Coaching with national standards:

Our Coaching strategy is to focus on regular assessment of student’s progress in the joined course. For this purpose we conduct weekly tests and categorize students

into A,B,C grades and organize special counseling classes to B and C grades students by the subject experts every Sunday and guide them personally by suggesting areas

to improve. We also track their performance through sms and social networks. We also focus on developing English and writing skills. We also organize interaction classes

with working and experienced civil servants on several issues relevant to the examination.

Introducing Integrated and Holiday courses

We understand that the students in A.P. preparing for civil services could also attempt Group- I & Group-II Services. Therefore we design and develop integrated holiday

Foundation courses to suit the needs of working employees, and students pursuing degree courses. We propose the following courses with or without hostel facilities.

1. Civils cum Group-I integrated two year foundation Course with hostel facility and 50% fees re-back option in case of not getting service in 3rd year.
