An app made for Kickboxers to act as a virtual trainer while shadow boxing. Sets a Timer to 3 minutes and calls out randomly 18 striking combinations (Punches, Knees, Elbows and Kicks). Utilizing Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai Combos.Not an instructional app but a training tool to help intermediate level boxers.
