Negosyo促进中心开展业务的方便和便利的微型和中小型企业服务

Republic Act No. 10644: An Act Promoting Job Generation and Inclusive Growth through the Development of MSMEs or the 'Go Negosyo Act', was signed into law by President Benigno S. Aquino III on July 15, 2014. The Go Negosyo Act is targeted to bring government services closer to these MSMEs, particularly the small businesses, through the establishment of Negosyo Centers in all provinces, cities, and municipalities nationwide.

Negosyo Centers shall be responsible for promoting ease of doing business and facilitating access to services for MSMEs. Aside from facilitating business registration through the Philippine Business Registry (PBR) System, the Centers shall provide assistance to MSMEs in the availment of technology transfer, production and management training programs and marketing assistance of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), University of the Philippines ñ Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP-ISSI), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and other relevant agencies.
