Instructions
+ Long-press on your home screen background to open the wallpaper chooser
+ Select Live Wallpapers
+ Select Photo Stream Live Wallpaper
+ Select Set wallpaper
Settings
+ To open up settings, do the steps above, except instead of setting the wallpaper (last step), select Settings
+ To use your own images, uncheck Use default images and browse for the folder containing your images
+ Play around with the other settings
+ Select Save to review your changes
+ Select Set wallpaper to apply
