All you need to do is to open the app and point the scanner to the QR or bar code on your result slip, appointment letter, monthly and annual evaluation forms or any QR code document and the App will do the rest.

After scanning, the App will popup the result and it's just a matter of clicking the link to check all the details embedded in the code.

You can also generate your own QR codes by going to "Generate QR codes", then select your prefer embed method and fill in your details.
