Talegent was founded in Australasia by assessment industry veterans with deep experience in leading-edge research methodologies and ATS/HRMS integration.

Recognising that online recruitment technologies and practices were outpacing traditional assessment providers, we set out to build a new breed of assessment company—one that would employ next-generation technology and tools to meet the unique challenges of hiring in the digital age. The result is Talegent.

Operating today from offices in Online Assessment – Auckland New Zealand and Sydney Australia, and through affiliates around the globe, we are proud to serve some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies.
