The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) funds and promotes research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally. The goal is to increase the understanding, effective use, and resultant benefits of incentives to businesses that currently use incentives and others interested in improved performance. The IRF distributes research studies, provides education, and hosts industry events.

We’ll “Go the Distance” to the IRF's 24th Annual Education Invitational at the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Hawaii from June 14-18, 2017, for four days of networking, education and destination showcase experiences that foster new and solidify existing relationships with 200+ top buyer/decision-makers from incentive companies and corporations plus top supplier organizations. Education Day will feature engaging and interactive sessions with speakers ranging from top academics, to key consultants, and the IRF's own Education and Research chairs. Education Day sessions will address current, critical industry topics. You’ll also get a first look at several new IRF studies.
