The world is a busy place and it can be difficult to find time truly for yourself. Now more than ever we are feeling stressed, overworked, distracted and mentally drained. Yahra welcomes you to our space to unwind, relax and recharge so you have somewhere time and time again to come back to, disconnect from the outside world, and to find a little bit of peace within you once more. Our treatments and yoga are suited for all, but should you wish to find out more, don't hesitate to ask us.

Yahra believes in the sanskrit word 'ahimsa' meaning 'non harming' which is why we have chosen to partner with brands that are good for the planet, as well as for us. Yahra uses, and will continue to source and use, natural and eco-friendly products from mindful and conscientious companies to ensure we are doing our small part for the planet. The products we use throughout the spa and studio do not contain animal derivatives making yahra completely cruelty free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

We also have onsite parking, male and female changing rooms with showers, hairdryers and lockers, reception with seating and retail area, meditation room, yoga studio (providing mats, blocks, and bolsters so students have everything here they need), two treatment rooms and a relaxation room to chill out before and after appointments!
