How it works:

The waiter takes the order at the table or in the hotel room with his smartphone.

The order is communicated in real time in the production stations, with relative sound warning.

From the station it is possible to view the order or print it.

When the customer wants the bill, it can be printed (with the possibility of adding a discount or a surcharge).

After the customer has paid via the "Cashier" screen, the account is set as paid.

What devices should I buy?

✔️ App "Comande Pro":

The app can be installed on any Android smartphone or tablet.

✔️ PC software:

PC with Windows 7 or later with at least 2GB of RAM.

✔️ Printers:

For apps, you need to purchase Wi-Fi / Bluetooth printers compatible with the device.

Any Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 compatible printer can be used for the PC software.

To contain management costs and make reading easier, we recommend thermal printers with 80mm rollers.
