Penal Code (Law 4619/2019) - Hellenic Republic

Penal Code (Law 4619/2019) - is the main legislative act that defines criminal offenses and their punishment in the Hellenic Republic. The New Penal Code was ratified by Law 4619/2019 (Government Gazette Α΄ 95/11.6.2019) and, according to the second article of the same law, came into force on July 1, 2019.
