In Summer of 1895, an unknown mammal species was found roaming in the eastern territories of Camel Island. Their numbers were abundant as if they had always existed, yet none of the locals had ever seen the hare-like creatures before. Their biggest impact was the staggering rise in the disappearances of children and pets. After deliberation, local authorities introduced new predators in order to cull the swelling Red Hare population.
