We all heard the word of internal medicine. The reality of this promise poses a challenge for us internists. There is a lot of information, this information, especially the information we do not use much, can be easily forgotten. Accessing this information often turns into a ordeal. For example, there is a drug you want to write to the patient, but you can not remember. Or a different patient came and you could not remember very well what you have to do because it is a rare condition. When you search on the internet, simple websites with a lot of ridiculous information or long written articles, presentations, guides will make you headache. You don't have time to read them anyway, while 100 patients wait in front of the door. If you say "If I refresh my information for 2-3 minutes, if there is a summary note like this, there is no doubt in me", you will go to the search button to refresh this information, even if you find a nice note, it will probably not be able to write what you need to do in practice. For example, the medicine you should use does not write the dosage, trade name, how to use it.

All these problems are common difficulties for all of us. In order to overcome this difficulty, a summary note was needed, in which the desired information could be easily accessed from the table of contents and briefly and concisely, the practice was written in detail.
