PT DANA SYARIAH INDONESIA (DANA SYARIAH), is a digital technology-based non-bank financing institution (Fintech Peer to Peer Lending) which operates online with a sharia/Islamic principles scheme. -Term: 12 months

-Yield: 12% per month

-Yield payment scheme,

-Months 1 to 11 get a yield payment of 1%:

oSo the total return received for 11 months is: IDR 1,000,000 x 11 months = IDR 11,000,000

-In the 12th month you will receive a yield payment and refund: (IDR 100,000,000 x 1%) + IDR 100,000,000 = IDR 101,000,000

✅ Financing term: 3-12 months.

✅ Financing margin: 2%-3% per month. Maximum margin or ujroh 30% per year (maximum APR 30% per year)

Calculation example:

-Submission Value: IDR 100,000,000

-Term: 90 days or 3 months

-Margin: 2% per month

-Installment payment scheme,

-1st month only pay margin: IDR 100,000,000 x 2% = IDR 2,000,000

-2nd month only pay margin: IDR 100,000,000 x 2% = IDR 2,000,000

-3rd month pays margin and principal: (IDR 100,000,000 x 2%) + IDR 100,000,000 = IDR 102,000,000

✅ Collateral in the form of SHM/SHGB/SHMSRS certified property assets (apartment/flat ownership certificate).
