Learn the types of A3, utilize Lean Thinking statements for each category, create A3 Project Reports, access previous ones, and learn from the case studies. This app is designed help “tell (or document)” your improvement project in a logical and visual way in reference to a particular subject matter. It will provide a consistent approach to learning, applying, and documenting Lean Six Sigma tools by stimulating dialogue and creative problem solving. Four types of A3 Reports will be defined. The A3 Project Report, the focus of this app, is simple and practical and will provide the option to efficiently display relevant information for a continuous improvement problem solving project.

This app is designed to:

­ - Convey the different types of A3s and how beneficial they can be

­ - Document your improvement project in a logical and visual way in reference to a particular subject matter

­ - Provide Lean Thinking statements to ensure each section of the A3 Project Report is complete ­

- Instill a sense of learning to learn as well as provide a systematic logical thinking process

­ - Create customized A3 Project Report, output it as a PDF, retrieve previous settings as needed ­ Record, assign, and track Action Items

­ - Create and conduct an assessment, output it as a pdf, along with guidance on how to improve assessment scores

­ - Provide Sensei Tips and case studies as additional learnings

­ - Provide access to the Excel A3 Project Report, A3 Status Report, A3 Hoshin (Strategic) Plan Report, and A3 Status Report worksheets for customization

­ - Create some interest or fun by providing a Lean Sigma puzzle
