Lesedi FM is a South African radio station, broadcasting semi-nationally and streaming to the world.

We are about entertaining, informing, educating and empowering South African Citizens in all Lesedi FM areas. We are a contemporary and a compelling radio brand in order to further more Sesotho speaking and Sesotho understanding people. ‘Re motlotlo ho e tsa phapang’ We are proud to make a difference.

Our communication is segment specific as to ascertain opportunities presented by DTT and the response by the various target markets i.e Youth, Gospel and Sesotho traditional and contemporary music.

Lesedi FM is radio station broadcasting in Sesotho for Sesotho speaking and understanding people of South Africa. Lesedi FM is number four amongst the TOP TEN national favourite Radio Stations in South Africa and in Gauteng Province.

The Station’s vision is to be a source of enlightenment to its listeners, broadcasting full spectrum, quality programmes to Sesotho understanding and speaking communities throughout South Africa.

Lesedi FM is headquartered at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) in Westdene, Bloemfontein and has studios in Auckland Park, Johannesburg.

The station was founded on 01 June 1960.
