The Micromax Serv App enables executives at Micromax Collection Centres to create repair requests of customer submitted Micromax devices. The App also assists the executives notify the customer when the device is received from the Service Centre, post-repair. Moreover, it helps to verify a canceled request, allowing Micromax executives to deliver the device(s) back to customers.

Key Features:

• Create Repair Request for walk-in customers

• Help the customer approve the Service Estimate shared by the Service Centre

• Option to close issues that can be resolved easily to reduce NTFs (No Trouble Found) going to the Service Centres

• Check current status of any request
