Crashes before i can create a character

I would love to play this game and it seems really fun but it doesnt seem to work on my Samsung j3 emerge or LG aristo. Is there any way i can make it work?

    sadly I have an LG 20K and it does the same thing on my phone but, I downloaded it on my brother's Galaxy S8 Plus. and it runs perfectly fine. sadly any game made by hwan or whatever it's called, doesn't seem to have the OS capable of supporting the game
