The Train Anywhere Anytime Program (TAAP) powered by Basketball Training Systems is a comprehensive basketball skills training program designed by NBA players to help you train like the pros and improve your game. Our year-long program consists of 10 units, each unit focuses on a different skill set. Each Unit is five weeks long, with two short videos per week, a recap video in week four, and a fun interactive Zoom class in week five of each of the ten Units.
