On 19 Aug 2009, Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (720957-V) was officially launched and is the fastest growing Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Malaysia.

We aim to provide the nation with super low call rates and incredible incentives that is currently underserved. Our no-frills prepaid service for voice and SMS packages are ready to fulfil the value-for-money segment with great accessibility and broad distribution each.

Having signed an agreement with Celcom (Malaysia) in December 2008 has since brought our Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) game further with Celcom's comprehensive nationwide reach.

Our collaboration with Celcom exhibits the best joint efforts of the country's premier telecommunications provider and an MVNO to bring innovation and revolutionise the country's mobile industry.

Tune Talk is the result and culmination of years of dedication and hard work. It is our aspiration to become the ASEAN MVNO and works are underway to make this a reality even though our subscribers are currently enjoying full roaming on the back of Celcom's existing roaming arrangements.

As an MVNO, our business model allows us to focus on improving our products, marketing and customer service without the need to build and maintain a full cellular network. This allows us to keep our capital investments low, thus focusing on offering super low call rates and giving our subscribers great customer service.

Also, as a member of the Tune Group, we have the advantage of providing complete lifestyle products and services in joint efforts with Tune Money and Tune Hotels. Tune Talk is majority owned by Celcom Axiata Berhad (35%) and Tune Group Sdn Bhd (25.1%), which is jointly owned by Tan Sri Dr. Anthony Fernandes and Dato' Kamarudin Meranun.

Tune Talk is a licensed Network Service Provider (Individual) and Application Service Provider (Class) numbering block sanctioned by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
