The Downers Grove Community Response Center (DG CRC) app is a simple way for residents to report non-emergency service requests to the Village such as potholes, streetlight outages, areas in need of maintenance and other concerns while on the go, at any time. Requests are routed efficiently and you’ll be notified and kept up to date on the progress. Since 2001, the DG CRC program has been in effect through other channels to improve communication between residents, Village staff and elected officials, and enhance the Village’s effectiveness in dealing with resident concerns and service requests.
