It was developed by the "Age Power-Friendly Employment Program for the Elderly" of the Society for Senior Citizens to help middle-aged and senior people re-enter the workplace, or give full play to their strengths as mentors/volunteers. It was developed by the Hong Kong Senior Citizens Welfare Association "Age Power-Friendly Employment Program for the Elderly", hoping to help middle-aged and senior people re-enter the workforce or give full play to their strengths. Serve as a mentor/volunteer and contribute to society.

Provide full-time part-time vacancies, suitable for people aged 50 or above to apply
