Enterprise Agent for LG devices with advanced mobile device management features.

Enterprise Agent uses Android Device Administrator permission for advanced mobile device management features.

Please note following points before installation:

1. This is a special version of Enterprise Agent meant for LG devices only.

2. This enterprise agent will enable advanced features for SureLock, SureFox and SureMDM Nix Agent only.

If you are using LG device with SureLock, SureFox, SureMDM Nix Agent or a combination of these products, install this LG certified Enterprise Agent apk to enable advanced features in all above mentioned products without rooting.

Advanced lockdown in SureLock and SureFox includes:

• Schedule reboot

• Disable applications

• Enable/Disable GPS

• Enable/Disable Mobile Data

• Enable/Disable Airplane

• Kill unallowed applications

Advance management features in SureMDM includes:

• Silent Installation/uninstallation

• Remote control

• Clear app data

• Remote reboot

If you already have SureLock, SureFox and SureMDM Nix Agent installed, there is no need to install them again. Just identify the correct version of Enterprise Agent for the LG devices from Google playstore and install it. Once done, to check if Enterprise Agent is working on your device, follow below-mentioned steps:

1. Launch SureLock/SureFox/SureMDM Nix Agent

2. Access SureLock/SureFox/SureMDM Nix Agent Settings

3. Tap on About SureLock/ About SureFox/ SureMDM Nix Settings

4. Check under EnterpriseAgent option, it should be "Remote"

5. If it shows "Local", check if Enterprise Agent that you have downloaded is the right one for the device or contact our tech support team at [email protected].

Note : The user must grant multiple special permissions. During setup, permission usage and consent will be displayed.
