Briana is an all around athlete so as a trainer she specializes in sports training, HIIT, CST, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. My main focuses are core strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, toning & tightening and weight loss. She is also very skilled in Corrective therapy and nutrition.
