Competence Management (CompMan) & Consultancy Inc. recognizes the value of training and review for the board examination in building up the confidence and competence of Filipino seafarers in order to compete and excel globally.

To achieve this goal, CompMan introduced into the Review Process the element of identifying and monitoring the strengths and weaknesses of the learner and use these as basis for effective counselling.
