The evil scientist and his assistant are kidnapping helpless animals and mutating them to serve in his army. However, they all become idiots. One day, they capture a bandicoot and mutate him in hopes of him leading doctor troops, however, like all his experiments, it fails, and he escapes. Then brings out his next patient, his girlfriend. Traversing through three islands, collecting fruits and gems, and meeting a friendly shaman mask, the bandicoot begins his adventure to save her, and all the creatures of Earth from the doctor.
