Dear Comrade is an upcoming Indian multilingual action drama film written and directed by Bharat Kamma which is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Yash Rangineni. The film stars Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead actors. While Shruti Ramachandran in the pivotal roles

Production:-

The film announcement regarding the making of the film was revealed in around May 2018 and the first look poster of the film was unveiled on 9 May 2018 on the eve of the lead actor Vijay Devarakonda's birthday.[6][7] The film was earlier planned to start its shooting procedures by the filmmakers in around June 2018 during its pre-production stage as of May 2018 but was delayed until August 2018 due to various reasons. The film was ceremoniously launched during July 2018.[8]

Casting:-

Vijay Devarakonda plays the lead role, of a student leader, while Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead as a cricketer.[9][10] Putting down speculations, director Bharat confirmed that it is not a remake of Malayalam movie Comrade in America starring Dulquer Salman as the protagonist.
