The developed educational mobile application provide an attractive way of storytelling Mga Maiikling Kwentong Pambata by the use of animated illustrations. Since nowadays, mobile application is trending in the whole world and kids prefer to use mobile phones, tablets, personal computers, etc. rather than using books as a source or basis, the application is going to be attractive by the use of colourful, beautiful and trending illustrations. Some books that are slightly not interactive because it does not have animation, games and quiz and some books have no colour drawing or have no illustrate picture of characters that causes children to think what is/are the faces of the characters.
