“Power Ten” is a rowing acronym that refers to the ability of an individual to push 110% to accomplish a goal, after the individual has exhausted all physical and mental abilities.

Power 10 is a leader in the community, with outreach programs in the local schools, boy and girl scouts, and many community organizations. Our goal is to make sure all have a home to help discover and achieve their fitness goals. We are as welcoming to the newbie ready to experience a gym for the first time, as to the experienced athlete that wants to find a new level of fitness.
