Prayer is begging or asking for help to God.

But that does not mean just people who distraught alone is worthy to say a prayer. In a fresh state-fit and not lacking anything, as human beings, may we pray feasible. At least pray for the favor of Allah to forgive all sins, whether we intentionally or not. Also ask still be given the power of faith and health in order to do all his commandments.
