I'm Olivia Bales and I'm the owner of Lou & Co. I've worked in retail since I was 15 years old and I've loved it ever since! I have worked in a variety of boutiques and gift shops with different roles and I'm very grateful for each experience. This boutique has been my dream for a very long time, and I'm so happy that I get to share it with you! I am married to my best friend, Jayson, and we have two fur-babies, Louie (who this boutique is named after) the rescue Schnauzer/Poodle and Dolly the Golden-doodle.
