The Android official app "MINJEC InfosFlash 'main objective to allow Young and officials to find the latest information from the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education in real time, through the media. Internet (4G / 3G / 2G / EDGE or Wi-Fi, if available), GSM (SMS).
