In addition to the notice viewable through this computer system, on the status of the procedure, a text message will be sent to the foreign citizen with an indication of the procedures for the withdrawal of the residence permit already ready: day, time and place.

The service with text messages will not be adopted by the police stations of Bologna, Naples, Modena, Padua, Caserta and Genoa, which will continue to use their own systems.
