The new METRO Q mobile ticketing app, Q Ticketing, is now available.
Just search for METRO Q Ticketing. The icon is blue, with the word METRO across the top and a Q underneath.
All new mobile ticket purchases may only be made on the new app (Q Ticketing).
If you have unused tickets in your mobile ticketing account, you can continue using them on the old app (Q-Ticketing) for now. In the coming days, any remaining unused tickets will be automatically transferred (in the same amount) to the new app. Once they are, we’ll email you information on how to access them.
The old app (Q-Ticketing) will be deactivated completely by the end of August 2019.
