Sewanee Fitwell promotes and facilitates exercise and physical activity for the University of the South, supporting the flourishing domain of mental and physical health. FitWell strives to promote relationships and connections in our community with movement and exercise, in hopes of developing a lifelong appreciation of wellness and movement. This app includes information and programming provided by Sewanee FitWell, the University Wellness Center, and the Fowler Center.
