But the reality is that at Faster we think that no algorithm can ever replace the work done by an experienced psychologist. The millions of nuances of a personal interview can only be instantly perceived and analyzed by the trained brain of a personnel selector.

For Faster, technology must be a tool at the service of people , never the replacement of people.
