The Senatran Inspection application allows up to 5 consultations per day for the citizen profile, for the transit agent profile the number of consultations is unlimited.

Citizen access: it is necessary to login with a Gov.BR account.

Transit agent access: in addition to logging in with a Gov.BR account, you must previously inform the register (manager) of your transit agency the Device ID* code of your device (smartphone) and your CPF for smartphone linking and user to the transit agency.

* The Device ID code is retrieved on the main screen, prior to login, the user must click on the “SHARE DEVICE ID” button and then choose which channel he wants to share the code.
