Fit Assist app users can:

1. Studying on your own is absolutely free. To do this, you can create a program for training certain muscle groups from a database of exercises, practice it yourself, update it and record the results in training sets.

2. Train remotely with a trainer on a paid basis, paying for services through the fitassist application. You choose a trainer based on reviews, ratings or prices, and send him a request for training. After the application is approved, you communicate with him via an internal messenger, determine your goals, conditions, and medical data. Next, the instructor creates for you an individual training program aimed at achieving your goals. Each training session is paid separately. Your trainer will monitor your results, give comments on the exercises performed, adjust the training program, give advice in the internal messenger, and conduct online classes in real time via video conference.
