Old School Pizza is a “From Scratch” Pizzeria. We live by old school standards when integrity mattered, we hand slice our fresh produce and make our dough daily using a highly sought after flour. We use only 100% curd mozzarella cheese, which we shred daily. Our Pizza chef has done it this way for over 35 years and has multiple awards proving it. Our full time kitchen chef has a proven record in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Melbourne. Simply. We keep it real. No store bought sugar laden pre-made mixes. We make what we sell, from scratch, without gadgets or gimmicks.
