7. Employers shall post their Jobs which shall be shown in Admin and Trainees Panel

8. Trainees shall Apply for being Shortlisted then Employers can see the Applications after Approved by Admin

9. Employers shall arrange an Interview Session for Shortlisted Candidates

10. Employers shall give feedback on Interview and Mark Selected Candidates

11. If any Candidate is Shortlisted for Appointment, Employers shall upload the Offer Letter or Appointment Letter

12. All the Status of Trainees can be seen and Download the Lists in different formats by Admin
