IAEE 45th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2024

The Turkish Association for Energy Economics (TRAEE) in cooperation with the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE) is organizing the 45th IAEE International Conference, which will bring together energy professionals from the private sector and government as well as academicians from around the world. the conference will take place in Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, located in Istanbul during June 26-28, 2024.

IAEE has been organizing an international conference since 1979. These conferences are attended by high-level government officials, private sector leaders as well as prominent academicians as speakers and discussants (http://www.iaee.org/en/conferences/). TRAEE hosted the 31st IAEE International Conference in Istanbul in 2008 and the 38th IAEE International Conference in 2015. The 45th IAEE International Conference will be the third conference hosted by TRAEE.

The conference, titled “Energy Sustainability, Security, Efficiency and Accessibility in a Time of Transition”, will address issues of oil and gas security, climate change and limiting greenhouse gas emissions, uncertainties in energy prices and facing the world in meeting future energy needs and long term technology options.
