Battery-Z is a simple easy to use app which provides all necessary information about your phone/tablet battery. Info like battery level, voltage, temperature, charging status, etc. It comes with 4 widgets to show these details on your home screen. Temperature level supports both C and F. Refer to screen-shots for more info.
