BEYOND SELF is an online web and mobile application, enabling anyone with a smart phone or mobile device that can play apps to access free fitness programs. Designed after working years in a gym, seeing people join, without the funds available to hire a real life personal trainer, and yet also unable to devote the time needed to develop a sensible personal workout plan. Without any guide, people often train inefficiently at best, and often will become discouraged and quit training altogether (forfeiting the hundreds spent on an annual membership after just weeks).
