Calorie Traffic

Memonitor asupan kalori dengan menggunakan rumus lampu lalu lintas kita.

Calorie Traffic app is a collaborative effort by University Malaya, Ministry of Education and powered by Innovacia Mobile to create awareness on obesity in Malaysia which is highly correlated with other diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and many more.

This app will allow the users to record their daily meals and to monitor their calories intake. The food database is based from the Malaysians dietary habit and shall be gradually updated over time.

To use the app, you must first enter your body statistic to calculate your ideal calories requirements. If you plan to reduce or increase your weight, enter your targeted weight. If you do not specify your statistic, the app will use default values.

The traffic light in the app indicates the followings:-

1. Red - you should reduce the meal amount

2. Yellow - Consume carefully

3. Green - Go ahead!

The app will allow you to generate a report in PDF file which you can use for future reference.You need to have a PDF reader to read or send the report.
