The purpose of Five Elements Healing is to help you project healing intention to cleanse and balance your inner organs. This is a form of meditation which may be done in several ways, and two meditations are included. This app is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Theory, where colours and sounds are associated with five major organs - Heart, Spleen, Lung, Kidney and Liver.
