Welcome to the 20th edition of the International Conference on Fusion Reactor

Materials (ICFRM).

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC), the Centro de Investigaciones, Energéticas,

Medioambientales y Tecnológicas (CIEMAT), and the rest of the Spanish organizing institutions,

thank you for your presence in this event, which, as you know, is the premier global forum for

specialists who research and develop materials for future fusion energy systems.

This edition has focused on exchanging new knowledge and methods and

communicating cutting-edge research and technologies in the field of specific materials to

fusion energy devices.
