As part of its commitment to an exceptional patient and family experience, Mackenzie Health is offering the Mackenzie Health Wayfinding application. Essentially a “GPS for patients,” it provides interactive indoor maps, positioning for users and turn-by-turn directions to destinations inside Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital.

The purpose of the application is to help patients and visitors find their way within the facility in a more seamless manner, to help avoid missed or late appointments.
