You will use a wide variety of equipment and training techniques such as boxing, kickboxing, metabolic circuits, TRX suspension systems, kettlebell training and Free weights & fixed machines its all here at the studio with no distractions no waiting to use equipment like you get at gym chains. The time you spend with me in your sessions is 100% focused on you and getting you the body you deserve.
