Mission Statement

Haitiana Radio & Television (HRT) is a multimedia station owned by the Haitian American Foundation for Educational & Cultural Exchange (HAFECE). It serves Haitian communities around the world with programming and learning services of the highest quality, using multimedia to inform, educate, inspire, and entertain. It empowers individuals to achieve their potential and strengthen the social, democratic, and cultural health.

HRT offers programming that expands the minds of children and young adults, documentaries that open up new worlds, news programs that keep citizens informed on Haiti and world events and cultures and programs that exposeits viewers and listeners to the Haitian and worlds of music, theater, dance and art. It is a multi-media organization that serves its viewers and listeners through web tv, web radio, mobile and connected devices, and more.
